At The Kacha Tribe, each piece is crafted on-demand or in small, controlled batches β ensuring exclusivity and mindful production. Because of this limited-edition nature, we do not offer returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
π§Ύ 1. General Terms

No Returns: All sales are final. Once confirmed, orders cannot be returned under any circumstance.

Exchange Window : A one-time size exchange is offered only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact, and supported by an unboxing video and product images.

Request Deadline: You must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery via π§ hello@thekachatribe.com.

Approval: All exchanges are subject to inspection and product availability.
π§΅ 2. Eligibility for Exchange
You qualify for exchange only if:

You received an incorrect size or damaged product with valid unboxing proof.

The product is unused and unwashed β no perfume, wear marks, or alterations.

Your request was raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Return shipping is borne by the customer unless itβs a verified defect or wrong item.

A flat βΉ 250 pickup and reship fee applies per exchange for logistics and handling.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit of equal value will be issued.
No refunds to original payment methods.
πΈ 3. Non-Eligibility

Sale & Discounted Items: Eligible only for size exchange (subject to stock); no returns or refunds.

Custom / Pre-Order Items: Made exclusively for you. Exchange only for verified defect or wrong item.

Incorrect Size Ordered: Refunds not applicable. One-time size exchange possible if conditions are met. Refer to our Size Guide before ordering.
π 4. Exchange Process

Email hello@thekachatribe.com with order ID, reason, and unboxing video within 48 hours.

Our team reviews and schedules pickup (if applicable).

After quality inspection, replacement dispatch occurs within 7β14 business days.

If exchange is unavailable, weβll issue store credit.
β οΈ 5. Loss / Damage / Transit Issues

Once proof of delivery is marked by the courier, The Kacha Tribe is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Claims must be raised directly with the courier using the tracking ID.

Weβll assist where possible but cannot guarantee third-party compensation.
π° 6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are processed only if:

A product becomes unavailable after order placement, or
-
The order is cancelled by The Kacha Tribe for internal quality/inventory reasons.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5β10 business days.
