Return & Refund Policy

We at The Kacha Tribe strive to give you the best quality products of your choice. However, if you’re unhappy and looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, you can mail us at thekachatribe@gmail.com — we're here to help!

We do not accept used or washed products for return or exchange.

Return
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Customers are required to ship the returned product to us using any reliable courier service. Please email us before initiating the return so we can guide you with the process.

Exchange
If the size you ordered doesn’t fit well and you need a different size, contact us at thekachatribe@gmail.com. The product needs to be shipped back from your end. Once we receive the original product, we will dispatch the new size. Kindly allow up to 7 days for dispatch.

Disputes
We do not accept any disputed orders (missing or damaged) after 48 hours of delivery. Hence, no exchange/return can be made after this period.


Damaged or Defective Products
Despite our quality checks, products may get damaged in transit. To request a replacement for misprinted, damaged, or defective items:

          Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

          Provide an unboxing video, clear photos of the damaged product, and the original              packaging.

          Requests after 7 days will incur reprinting charges.

Disclaimer: If you do not have an unboxing video and we are unable to verify the cause of damage, we are not liable for refunds or replacements.


FAQ’s

What products cannot be exchanged or returned?
Phone cases are made to order and cannot be exchanged or returned. In case of any manufacturing defect, kindly mail us.

How can I send the product back?
You can send it via any courier service or registered post.

To which address should I return the products?
Kindly mail us along with your order ID, and we will share the return address.

Can The Kacha Tribe arrange for pickup from my address?
No, we do not have a pickup facility at the moment.

How much will you reimburse for courier charges?
We reimburse up to ₹100 for return shipping. Kindly retain the courier receipt and send us the details while requesting the refund.

When will I receive the exchanged product?
Only after we receive the returned item. Please allow a minimum of 7 days from receipt for dispatch.

Note: Only one exchange request per order is applicable.


Cancellation
Cancellation requests are accepted if made within 2 hours of placing the order. Email us with your order ID for cancellation. Once approved, the refund will be issued via bank transfer within 2–3 working days.

Refund
Refund is only made in the form of coupon. We refund the entire amount (excluding shipping or cash on delivery charges) in the form of the coupon which can be used for the next purchase. You will need to courier the product back to us as mentioned above. Refunds shall be communicated within 5 days from the date of receipt of product to thekachatribe.com.

Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us immediately at thekachatribe@gmail.com. We will take care of the rest.

Lost in Transit
For items lost during shipping, we issue a refund once the shipping status confirms the item is lost.

Careful Unboxing
Please unbox your package carefully. If the product is damaged due to the use of scissors or sharp objects, refunds or replacements aren’t possible unless:

       An unpacking video is provided.

       Images of the courier cover are shared.
